When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries within Australia:

Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and can be delivered to Australian post office boxes or home addresses. If you are not at home, for lingerie the delivery driver will typically leave a calling card and you will can go to your local post office to collect the package, but for other items we use Australian Post overnight express (yellow) bags or Australian Air Express bags. If they fit in your letter box they will be left there; it makes it easier for you.   

Products will normally be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days from date of order and may arrive in multiple packages. The only exception to this is over the Christmas period during which time our warehouses are closed.

Deliveries to New Zealand:

Cherry Erotic delivers to our good neighbours in New Zealand. Allow 5 - 7 working days for your package to arrive. We do not include batteries with these deliveries as they could result in delays at customs.

Deliveries Worldwide:

For all other international orders allow 7 - 10 working days for metropolitan areas (remote country areas may take longer). We do not include batteries with these deliveries as they could result in delays at customs.
