We take time to ensure that all products are of the highest quality before we pass them on to you and this includes our Quality Department battery testing each vibrator that you order from us to make sure that it works properly before we mail it to you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product we will exchange your product with the exact same product, another product of the same value or provide you with a full refund. To return a defective product we require you to send it back to us within 30 days of the date that you received it.
If you were to receive a faulty product, email us as soon as you become aware of the issue. Please perform a few simple checks before you send a product back. Firstly, check that the batteries are installed correctly as this is a common cause of malfunction. Make sure the cap is tightly closed on waterproof products.
For hygiene reasons, only unused items can be exchanged or refunded. Our email address is sales@cherryerotic.com.au
If we advise you to send the product back to us please package them securely and enclose a copy of the original tax receipt.
Please include an explanation detailing the reason for return. Cherry Erotic takes no responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit and suggests that the item be sent to us using registered post (with a tracking number) and with postal insurance.

Once we have received the returned products we will review it and if we deem that it is faulty we will replace the product with a new one of the exact same brand and model OR offer you a refund of the amount of money you paid for it in the first place (including the shipping cost you paid at time of order).
Approved exchanges will be processed within 24 hours and refunds processed within 7 working days. Refunds can only be paid into the bank account that the product was purchased from in the first place.
